Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed and fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partner, Printful, typically within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, and design approval.
Shipping Times and Carriers
• Domestic US Shipping: Standard (3-7 business days); Express (1-3 business days).
• International Shipping: 7-20 business days depending on destination, customs, and carrier.
All times are estimates from shipment date—Printful uses USPS, UPS, DHL, or local carriers. Total delivery: processing + shipping.
Shipping Costs
Rates are calculated at checkout based on cart contents, destination, and selected speed. Taxes, duties, and import fees are customer responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once fulfilled, tracking links sync automatically to your Shopify order status. We’ll email updates, but carriers control final delivery.
Shipping Limitations
• We ship to most addresses in the USA (some restrictions apply—check checkout).
• No PO boxes or military addresses for Express.
• Multiple items may ship separately; combined tracking not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk transfer to you upon handover to the carrier. We/Printful are not liable for delays, damages, losses, customs issues, or force majeure events.
